Resources for Submitting General Dermatology Referrals

We aim to process general dermatology referrals within one (1) business day, allowing us to promptly contact and schedule referred patients. Depending on the need, we may have openings for same day or same week appointments. To ensure that your patient referral is processed smoothly and efficiently, please send referrals via secure email or fax.

Practice and Provider Information

We have two full-time clinics in the Denver Tech Center and Longmont, and a part-time satellite clinic in Littleton that we are at 2 times a month. We are actively taking referrals for all of our locations, noting that we have more immediate openings at our full-time clinics.
